First of all we would like to introduce ourselves as a company specialised in tourist rentals on the Costa Blanca.

Nuevhogar Arrendamientos y Servicios Turísticos, S.L. is the latest company founded in 1995 by a group of companies originally founded as Nueva Urbanizadora in 1969, which is dedicated to the promotion of new buildings, bungalow complexes, etc.

This company started its activity in Madrid and expanded to Benidorm in 1979. Since then it has built and developed several apartment blocks such as Casa de las Flores, Edificio Primavera, Saladar, Torre Gerona, Urbanización Torretamar, Edifico Albero, Torre Ipanema and San Diego. And in Albir, the Pintor Ribera building.

Finally, Nuevhogar Arrendamientos y Servicios Turísticos, S.L. started its activity in the autumn of 1995 by contacting Tour Operators and Travel Agencies, both national and foreign. It started with 18 apartments belonging to the Nuevhogar Group in 1996, rapidly increasing the number of apartments from 18 to 136 in 1997, reaching a potential of 800 beds.

In 1998 Nuevhogar opened its new office in Benidorm to provide a better service to its clients, Tour Operators and local Travel Agencies.

Our facilities are basically made up of a central office, where the general reception, the administration department and the management of the company are located, with its corresponding storage of household goods and material necessary to carry out maintenance. From this office, the entire staff of the company is controlled, managed and organised.
